Basic - $1,000

Elegant Wedding Table Setup

Standard - $1,500

Standard Day-of Coordination – $1,800

Great for medium-sized weddings or multiple vendors.


   •    Everything in the Basic package, plus:
   •    1–2 pre-wedding planning calls
   •    Attendance at rehearsal (if needed)
   •    On-site coordination up to 10 hours
   •    Oversight of decor setup and vendor arrival timing
   •    Post-event follow-up for your satisfaction

Ideal for: (100–200 guests) with some decor and multiple vendors, including wedding rituals

Elegant Wedding Reception Setup

Premium - $3,000

 

Designed for large or complex weddings needing full support.


   •    Everything in Standard, plus:
   •    Full day-of coverage (10–12 hours)
   •    Vendor confirmations & detailed communication leading up to your wedding
   •    Custom checklist for client & vendors
   •    Multi-venue logistics assistance
   •    Extra support for cultural or complex wedding rituals
   •    Troubleshooting during ceremony/reception
